Built the Wrong Web

A mythic performance for our species loneliness written and performed by Maya Kusunoki-Martin & Veronica Thomas

🌐 Built the Wrong Web 🕸 is a musical performance and dialogue between shapeshifting archetypal duos (strangers, twins, and lovers). Utilizing ancient technologies—chanting, breathing, bathing, listening—we rewire the well-worn pathways of extractive technologies which our modern society rests so feebly on.

This performance was initially developed in July 2025 while residents at Art Farm Nebraska.
