𓋼𓍊 Psychedelic Integration
The question of integration may be greatest of all because within it lies the work of fundamentally reshaping our world.
Psychedelics can only transform us as deeply as the space we create in the set + setting of our lives, relationships and cultures. Ways of being cannot be taught, but space can be held for the discomfort in which they naturally, gradually emerge. My work is to help you make space for new ways of being that serve collective liberation.
For true transformation to occur, we must ask plant medicines how to serve them and be in reciprocity with their teachings.
Please do not contact me for psychedelics. I do not provide or sell any medicine. I only offer integration support.

you are interested in divesting from 1) the pathology paradigm: the idea that there is "normal" body/brain and 2) white wellness + spirituality that is focused exclusively on the individual
you are willing to be surprised

Psychedelics arrived to me, like for many, through friendship, tender love and mutual curiosity. It's within the safety of these relationships that I have learned what it feels like to truly integrate my experiences.
I have also completed the following trainings and programs:
Materia Abierta Aug 2022
Month long summer school on indigenous technologies and cosmologies based in Mexico City
Psychedelic Liberation Training Winter 2023
10-Week certificate program for clinicians, facilitators, and space holders committed to decolonizing themselves, and their practice

The Psychedelic Call: the future is with the people who feel
You don’t have to look far to see we are living in the times of great unraveling. Born on stolen exploited land, coming of age in the midst of ecological crisis; there is no option but to unweave the threads in our tapestry of ‘modernity.’ Joanna Macy wrote, “we must learn again, together, to fall apart. It is an essential process for evolutionary and psychological transformation.”
Imagine humans like plants, culture like soil, and psychedelics as a miraculous, collaborative metabolizing process bringing balance to both. The main function of metabolism is breaking down and building up, and the space holder aids in both. Their witness and unwavering hope allow us to fall apart without fear of stagnating in our decay. Brokenness is necessary, not deficiency. Disintegration is necessary for integration, for repair. Feeling and releasing our emotions is necessary to create space in our bodies for new ways of being.
Creativity as the bridge between individual healing and collective liberation ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
Healing is incomplete without the second step of repair, or creation; the metabolic process is unfinished until we decide what to make of our ruins. There is much needed medicine inside your wounds, medicine only the ingredients of your particular life could make. It is our responsibility to discover our agency and shape the meaning of suffering, to bring an offering to the table of us. We need artists to fill the vacuum of colonial and capitalistic systems — using radical imagination to ground us in reemerging, ancient cosmologies.
In ‘Liberated to the Bone,’ Susan Raffo puts simply: if trauma is disconnection, healing is reconnection. Creating reconnects us to ourselves, and what emerges from us reconnects us to each other.
Plant medicines are one of our greatest technologies, renewing our relationship to Creation, the miracle of life itself.
Psychedelic visioning
Embodying confidence in humanity, we gradually create pockets where the social norm is love over fear, cooperation over competition, equality over hierarchy. These pockets get larger and larger as people can feel the physical difference in their bodies between the heaviness of fear and the lightness of love and joy; between the stiffness of anxiety and the dance of uncertainty; between the slouched sitting doom scroll and the expansive head up here and now.
“Imagine we're so interconnected we can't extract anymore, the pain we feel for each other is immediate." — Aurora Levins Morales
My life’s work *⁀➷ holding space for other’s change + creation
I’ve always gravitated towards intensity — unafraid to meet people in darkness or emotional extremes. I want to hold space for people to build their capacity for feeling and for uncertainty, so we can collectively increase our resiliency. All beauty is birthed in this infinite well of sensitivity — pleasure and pain. We all deserve beauty!
What is integration? and why is it important?
The goal of integration is choice and empowerment.
At the micro level, psychedelic integration is about creating space in your body and days to learn new ways of being. Ways of being cannot be taught, but space can be held for the discomfort in which they naturally, gradually emerge.
At the macro level, psychedelic integration is about fundamentally reshaping our world. Mushrooms, much more ancient than humans, have their own agenda when we “trip.” They want to help us live in balance with the rest of the world. They know what you need to see, feel, hear, and sense to understand the preciousness of your aliveness. They know what you need to experience to take responsibility for your part in the collective.
Our deepest healing happens in community, so the work of psychedelic integration lies in creating spaciousness in our togetherness. Within the illusion of the American dream, spirituality gives the individual no responsibility to anything bigger than oneself. Spirituality without service to the whole is self-indulgent distraction.
The wounds of whiteness and traumas of colonialism and capitalism block the free flow of energy in our bodies, and plant medicines help open space for compassion and solidarity through metabolizing grief, fear, and shame. Waking up from our collective state of insanity is terrifying. We do not currently have the community care structures in place to make this shift. We have to create the structures that carry people through the vulnerable process of waking up - or we risk waking up alone without any outlet for the truth we’ve experienced. This can be dangerous — constant glitching between what we know to be true/possible and the current state of cultural insanity. No one can bear the truth of the pain we've unnecessarily caused to our planet and each other alone, which is why we must grieve collectively. Psychedelic integration must lead to building.
