If energy cannot flow freely through our bodies, we cannot create the conditions for transformation to occur within or without us. Archetypes carry energy that can illuminate blockages and carve new paths.

After every session, I write a poem for you to use for integration.
Sessions are 1hr sliding scale $0-60. They can be virtual or in-person at my home or yours.

Awareness of our energetic body helps us move responsibly through the world, opening us to a much larger field of connection and information beyond what our physical senses can perceive.

We have been intentionally cut off from understanding our True nature. Educated to see the world and therefore ourselves as solely material objects to be controlled or in control, we have confused control for Freedom, thereby sacrificing our access to technologies of consciousness far greater than anything which could be materially exploited or extracted.
This violent worldview teaches us that Freedom means having power over — over our emotions, our bodies, other people, nature itself — causing serious imbalances.
